Order Process

 

Sōrora Vintage is based in Madrid, Spain. All prices are listed in euros (€). We accept common payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other available payment options shown at checkout.

 

Orders are usually processed within 1–7 business days before shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of each order.

 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

 

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. Sōrora Vintage is not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

Shipping Within Europe

 

Orders within Europe are shipped via DHL or Correos, depending on the destination and the shipping option available at checkout.

Delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs procedures, public holidays, or local disruptions.

 

If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the parcel, the client will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.

 

International Shipping

 

International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS, depending on the destination and the shipping option available at checkout.

Delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, public holidays, or local disruptions.

 

Sōrora Vintage is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to failure to claim a package, refusal of delivery, or incorrect shipping information. If a package is returned to our studio, original shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded.

 

International Duties and Taxes

 

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout.

If you do not claim your package or if the package is returned to our studio, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs.

 

P.O. Boxes

 

Please note that DHL and UPS may not deliver to P.O. boxes. If an order is placed using a P.O. box as the shipping address, we may contact you by e-mail to request a verified street address before shipping your order.

 

Signature Confirmation

 

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. We recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.

 

Sōrora Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier. We take care in preparing and packaging each order, but once the package has left our studio, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
