Customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, unworn, and with any original tags or packaging where applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect, faulty, or significantly not as described. Original shipping costs and processing fees may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Sōrora Vintage is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, handling, or use of jewellery, clothing, shoes, bags, or accessories after delivery.

If a package is refused, not claimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs.
